Hex Skill. Hex Skill can only target those with a specific status effect, and it will then reset the duration of the status effect (based on Rank; the duration of the Hex is the same) and inflict a Hex on the target. Etacof will strangle the target from beyond the gates of death, preventing Silence from being cured and causing it to reduce the victim's HP and FP by 5% of their maximum values every round.
