Damage is increased by (Void Energy consumed)%, plus 40% if you are Sneaking. If the target is a non-boss, non-player character, it also has a chance equal to the damage bonus to instantly kill the target.
If a target is defeated by this attack, all enemies will be inflicted with Fear for the rest of the battle.
